Chapter Growth Manager Application

Job Description: 

     Youth Entrepreneurship Association (YEA) is seeking dedicated and dynamic Chapter Growth Managers to join our team and drive the growth and success of our Licensing Program. The Chapter Growth Managers will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of YEA's school-year club program and summer Teenpreneurship program by recruiting and supporting passionate high school students who will serve as chapter leaders.


Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand and identify the target audience as specified in the program outline. Explore high schools in the designated regions to identify potential student leaders.

  • CRM Database Management: Maintain a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database that includes contact information for prospective licensors. Ensure accuracy and relevance of data for outreach efforts.

  • Outreach and Recruitment: Utilize various platforms, including LinkedIn and peer networking, to identify and engage with potential chapter leaders. Build relationships with local schools and educational institutions to identify interested individuals.

  • Information Dissemination: Provide comprehensive information to potential licensors regarding YEA's Licensing Program, including its benefits, requirements, and goals.

  • Application Process: Assist prospective chapter leaders in the application process. Guide them through the steps required to establish and operate a YEA chapter in their school or community.

  • Training and Support: Collaborate with the Program Director and other team members to organize training sessions and provide ongoing support to approved chapter leaders. Ensure they are well-prepared to launch and operate their chapters effectively.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of new programs established, the number of participants in each program, and the quality of participation. Continuously strive to meet or exceed growth targets.

  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from participants and chapter leaders at the end of each semester or summer program. Analyze feedback and make recommendations for program improvement based on the data gathered.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Chapter Growth Managers from other programs to share best practices and strategies for growth. Work as a team to drive the overall success of the Licensing Program.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent research and networking abilities.

  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.

  • Experience in customer relationship management is a plus.

  • Familiarity with high school education and extracurricular activities is an advantage.
